Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Community Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting of cleared technical and non-technical professionals to support classified government contracts. You will also support and assist the existing commercial recruiter as needed. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the IC recruiting landscape, security clearance processes, and the unique challenges of hiring within the national security sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared positions across multiple IC agencies and programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Polygraph cleared candidates in technical disciplines, including cybersecurity, software engineering, systems engineering, data science, and intelligence analysis
  • Partner with hiring managers and program managers to understand position requirements, contract needs, and labor category qualifications
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards (ClearanceJobs, Indeed, LinkedIn), employee referrals, networking events, career fairs, and direct outreach
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and company hiring policies
  • Coordinate security clearance processing and transfers with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Security team
  • Negotiate compensation packages in alignment with contract labor categories and company guidelines
  • Attend cleared job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to build relationships and represent the company
  • Provide regular recruiting metrics and status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support and assist the existing commercial recruiter as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on cleared recruiting for the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
  • Demonstrated understanding of various security clearance levels (and the clearance adjudication process).
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, including software developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity analysts, data scientists, and intelligence analysts
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of government contracting, labor categories, and contract staffing requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, or current TS/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IC recruiting experience with an established network of cleared professionals
  • Prior experience working directly for an IC agency or as a government contractor • AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certifications
  • Experience supporting rapid-growth contracts or high-volume cleared hiring initiatives
  • Familiarity with IC-specific skill sets, mission functionality, and operation

Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires an active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with Polygraph. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain the required clearance. Clearance sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates with current TS/SCI clearances. The company will work with selected candidates to facilitate crossover and polygraph scheduling as needed.
